We are looking for exceptional talents who want to build a solid and impactful career in one of the most dynamic and essential sectors of the market.


Our LDP in Supply Chain has been carefully designed to provide an immersive and comprehensive experience. During the program, you will have the chance to work in various areas of the supply chain, such as Planning and Demand, Local and Regional Logistics Operation, Procurement, Strategic Projects, etc. The Program provides for up to three rotations of 18 months each, including the possibility of a relocation and a supervisory position, which will allow you to understand all the complexity and challenges of the sector, preparing you to take on strategic and leadership roles in the future.


With framework to accelerate career development to management positions in 5-6 years, following 70, 20, 10 model of learning:

  • 70% - rotation experiences in variety of functions and locations
  • 20% - mentorship and coaching
  • 10% - traditional learning (LFS/ME, SC Academy, HMM)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Requirements:

  • Graduates in areas related to Engineering, Chemistry and Administration;
  • Fluent English;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Availability to work in person three times a week at Ecolab´s manufacturing plants (Suzano and Barueri)
